岗位要求
岗位职责:
完成销售计划、保持和开拓销售市场。
finished the annual sales planing, keep on developing the new market.
订制订并实施本区域的销售计划。
Making sales planing and carry it out accordingly
有丰富的渠道销售经验,建立相关区域销售渠道对经销商及代理商的管理,能单独负责某个区域或行业的市场销售与区域开拓及相关管理工作;
manage the dealer and sub-dealers,and help them to develpe the maketing in their district and manage them.

及时向上级汇报其开展的销售工作的相关动态和过程;
making the bussiness report about the movement of the dealers and customers when out of office for bussiness
与客户进行价格谈判,与代理商共同拜访客户,交易结算和合同履行的追踪, 销售应收帐款的管理。
Negotiate with the customer or dealer on the price or contract and follow up the business process such as visit the customer or follow up the order,payment,or other exchange,etc.
具有良好的组织协调功能,能够与技术部和服
务部门进行良好的沟通和协调。与其他事业部及相关部门保持良好的关系,及时沟通信息。
Have good cooperation with each department, especially with the technique and service department
分析潜在的业务,了解和研究不同的市场,搜集行业信息、技术情能,及及具体方案的优势;
analyse the marketing and collecting some infomation to dig out our products unique selling points.


具有市场营销,焊接类大专以上文凭
Have marketing or welding diploma or above.
2年以上制造行业市场或销售经验
2 years manufacturing or sales markiting working experience.
能适应出差或派驻外地工作
can under the stress for the long business travel.
具备不断学习的意识和能力
Have the awareness to keep up studing new knowledge.
较强的沟通能力,具有良好的团队意识、职业道德及责任心;
Good communication with different people , have good team work and responsiblity.

能够适应较大的工作压力
Can working under the stress.

英语熟练者优先考虑
Good English speaking is perfict.

其他职责Other duty:
技术支持和客户投拆的处理
为降低成本提供必要的技术支持
Techinique support and deal with the customer's complaint

注:此职位需要销售人员长期驻守在销售所在地,最好应聘人员能够在当地有住所或当地人优先考虑
