The position will be located in Shanghai and report to the Sales controller.Job SummarySupport the Sales Controller to standardize Asia Sales operation process, optimize customer relationship management process (CRM) and enhance sustainable business growth capability.Key Responsibilities?1. Work with Sales Controller to design, re-engineer and implement Asia Sales processes to optimize sales operations and control business risks.?2. Provide management tools to management’s consideration; implement approved management methods to improve Sales efficiency.?3. Monitor and measure the performance of sales function against the planned goals, analyze gaps and make action plans to keep the teams in the right track with appropriate pace.?4. Support Sales controller to plan and Implement corresponding activities to drive Asia Sales teams to achieve Business Plan.?5. Maintain and optimize the Pricing system and provide in-time service to sales teams when needed.?6. Manage customer relations and keep certain customer satisfaction level to support business development.?7. Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or equivalent majors?2. 3-5 years working experiences in sales units ?3. Process management experience, CRM experience is preferred?4. Fluent spoken and written English?5. Good analytical skills and able to identify business opportunities?6.
