Job Description/Responsibility1.Interface between Service Engineers and Technical Department. Define problems and coordinate.2.Technical hotline, as front level support for internal and external purpose. Rotating working hours or shift work required for extended hotline service to customers.3.Take over customer phone calls, give technical advice, forward and coordinate if further information or action is required to solve the problem.4.Interface for Regional Service Manager to internal service monitoring and technical software.5.Others tasks as assigned by CSD Manager.Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):1.College graduated or above2.Engineering degree or similar in Electrical Electronic Hydraulics.3.Full understanding of Operation and Set up of Injection Moulding Machines and Robots (Experience with Engel Machines and Robots would be taken 1st into consideration).4.Minimum 5 years job related experience.5.Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and customers.6.Good English (writing, reading, oral)7.Experience in SAP will be plus.
